How to file states taxes not filed for past 3 years?
My wife and I haven’t filed state taxes for the past 3 years but have filed our federal taxes. For the past two years, we have had about 00 additional taken away from our federal return. How can we file the past 3 years of state taxes? If money is owed, even that was taken from federal return, can we get that amount back?

You have up to three years from when the return was due to file and get a refund. So you have until 4/15/08 to file your 2004 taxes. Here are the links to the forms for the last three years:
