How important is going to a school that is accounting accredited?

D asked:

I want to major in accounting when I get to college, and I was wondering how much of an edge I would have compared to other graduates if I went to a college that was accounting accredited. Many schools are business accredited, but few are specifically accounting accredited. Is it that important?

PS. I’m planning to just go 4 years and get my CPA, not go on to graduate studies.

I graduated already, and unfornately, the only thing related to accounting is a Management minor with ONE financial accounting class. I’m interested in accounting, but I want to go to school in Korea. Is it possible to go to a US accredited accounting graduate school in Korea? What schools are they and how can I check to see if it really is accredited?

Should I do online classes instead? Get experience first?
or is it possible to get a business degree to qualify for the courses i need to become an accountant?

I am looking for Master’s of Accountancy programs that are designed for those who have an undergraduate degree in something other than accounting. What schools offer such a program? For your info, I majored in finance. I am looking for something similar to the program at UNC.
